A confirmation email will be sent to the given email address once we are notified of your order via Paypal. (If you do not receive a confirmation email (be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder) contact us either via email or call us at the number listed below if you have any questions). This can take several hours after you complete your transaction. We accept credit card or cash payment via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, all you need to do is log on as a guest for this purchase. All major credit cards are accepted.

All our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days for in-stock items. Please include your phone number along with your email address so we can inform you of unex-pected delays. Next day delivery (costly) is available. Weekend orders are shipped usually next business day. We guarantee delivery within 7-10 business days for our regular, non-premium service for instock merchandise
We ship using USPS. You have the choice of 1st Class, Priority and Express Overnight. We have one shipping fee per class of shipment for all destinations within the USA (including Alaska & Hawaii); Canada; Air Service only to United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, France, Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico, Monaco, Belgium, Italy, Bermuda and Switzerland. South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Finland, Netherlands, Denmark, Greece, Luxembourg, Philippines, Singapore, Puerto Rico, Indonesia. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery other than US and Canada. Customers pay all customs and taxes due at country of receipt.
We do not offer gift certificates at this time.
Our products are guaranteed 100%. If you are not satisfied with any item, we will be happy to exchange it or issue a refund. Refunds will be issued via check within 30 days of notification and receipt of item in good condition. Customer assumes the shipment cost of return and the original shipment cost will be subtracted from the returned payment. If the item needs to be returned because of an HLW error, then shipping will be paid for.
